1. Shipping Eligibility & Delivery Zones
- We currently ship fitness equipment within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
2. Processing Time
All orders undergo a verification and preparation process before shipping:
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or inventory restocks.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your fitness equipment safely. Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete:

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free on all orders over $100. A flat rate of $9.99 applies to orders under $100.
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination (displayed at checkout).
- White-Glove Delivery: Starting at $199, depending on equipment size and location (quoted at checkout or confirmed via email after order placement).
- Additional fees may apply for remote or rural delivery locations, which will be communicated before processing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor delivery status directly on the carrier’s website or through your account dashboard on our site.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
- Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, inventory shortages, or customs/security checks. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, including replacement or refund options at our discretion.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery of an order without prior approval, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees (up to 20% of the order value).
7. Address Changes
To modify your shipping address after order placement, please contact us immediately at support@elevatexfitness.com. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped. Once the order is in transit, address updates cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.

All returns must comply with our Return Policy. Fitness equipment returns require prior authorization and must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
